I think there’s an error with a game result. What should I do?

If a game result doesn’t seem quite right, don’t worry Coins Royale support team is here to help:


🚫 Stop the Game
📸 Take a screenshot or screen recording
🕒 Jot down the following information:

  • name of the game

  • timestamp (date and time of gameplay)

  • transaction ID which can be found on the Transactions tab from the main menu.
