Phone verification is the process of confirming your registered mobile number via a one-time password (OTP) sent via SMS. Verifying your mobile number ensures secure account access and personalized support.

To complete verification:
โ— Enter your registered mobile number.
โ— Receive a one-time password (OTP) via SMS
โ— Enter the code in the verification field.
โ— A confirmation message will appear once verified.

๐Ÿ“ŒThere will be a 6-digit verification code that will be sent to your phone. The code is only valid for 10 minutes, and you have up to 5 attempts.

If you encounter issues: (Troubleshooting Tips)
โ— Double-check that your number is correct, active, and capable of receiving SMS.
โ— Look in your spam or junk folder for the phone verification message.
โ— Verify that the verification code is only good for a certain amount of time. It will expire, and you will have to request a new one if you take too long to enter it.
โ— If the link has expired, reinitiate the process via the pop-up; wait briefly before requesting a new code.
โ— At times, there may be a delay in phone verification delivery during busy periods. It could be helpful to wait a few minutes and attempt sending the code again.
โ— Ensure that you are not using a VPN or proxy; they could be preventing the procedure from finishing by interfering with the site's ability to send you an email or identify your location.
โ— Make sure the network connection on your device is stable.
โ— Refresh the application or browser if the code field doesnโ€™t respond.
